ABOUT THE PROJECT
Hawkeye Citizens' Transparency Project (HCTP) is dedicated to holding local government in the Lowcountry accountable.
Too often, key decisions are made behind closed doors, taxpayer dollars are spent without clear oversight, and the public is left in the dark about how their city is really being run.
We investigate the deals they don’t want you to know about, expose conflicts of interest, and push for open, honest leadership. Through FOIA requests, deep research, and hard-hitting discussions, we connect the dots between money, power, and policy, because when decisions affect the people, the people deserve to know the truth!
💡 Government should work for the public. Not for itself. If something doesn’t add up, we’re here to find out why.
📢 Follow HCTP and demand transparency. The truth belongs to the people, no matter who wants it hidden.
